Growing up in St. Catharines, ON, I've always been involved in sport. I played hockey and baseball before discovering my true passion for rowing in high school. This led me to move to Nova Scotia for school, where I rowed at St. Francis Xavier University. One of my proudest achievements was winning the CSSRA National Championships with my high school program, Ridley College in 2019. Later that year at St. Francis Xavier University, my crew was named the Row Nova Scotia "Crew of the Year". In 2022, I had the honour of competing at the Canada Summer Games for Team Nova Scotia, showcasing my dedication and skill in the sport.

Through all of this, I recently graduated from StFX University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics, with a Minor in Psychology and am also now a Registered Kinesiologist under the "Canadian Kinesiology Alliance" and the "Kinesiology Association of Nova Scotia"
